Join us as we meet on Tuesday mornings (Nov. 30, Dec. 7, 14, and 21) at 10:30 at the church and also via Zoom in a hybrid format for our Advent study of Christ’s birth. This year we will approach this familiar story by studying the ways in which Christians, through the centuries, have tried to express their feelings about Christmas, the incarnation and the meaning of God’s in-breaking into human history in Jesus’ birth. We will look at familiar hymns and carols as well as liturgical materials as we prepare our hearts and minds for our own Advent of Christ’s birth. All are welcome to attend one or all of the four classes. Please contact the church office and let us know whether you will attend in person or via Zoom. Pastor Eileen will facilitate.
