I am happy to report that at a called meeting last Sunday, Session reviewed the Mission Study Report prepared by the Mission Study Team and endorsed it for approval by our Presbytery’s Committee on Ministry.

If, in the Committee’s estimation, the Report demonstrates that our congregation has a strong understanding of its identity, history, character, surroundings, and mission it will determine that we may proceed to the election of a Pastor Nominating Committee to start the search for our next installed Pastor.

We are grateful for the work that the Mission Study Team put these last few months into developing this document and for the steps they will yet take to finalize it so that the congregation may review it and learn from it, as well.

We are intentionally and steadily moving through this transition time assured of the Spirit’s guidance each step of the way.
