Cents-Ability

Our presbytery will send $6,300 to the Presbyterian Hunger Program to support three international projects, each of which will receive $2,100. The projects were selected by the Cents-Ability Grants Committee, a group made up of representatives of each participating
congregation.

The projects are:

1) Asociacion Fenix – Nicaragua – improved stoves to improve the health and environment conditions of the families of the El Espino Community.
2) CHETHANA – India – campaign for sustainable nutrition through the conservation of native food crops.
3) Presbyerian Relief and Development Agency (PRDA) – South Sudan – Village Well Clubs for Pochalla, South Sudan. More info about the projects is on the Monmouth Presytery website.
