Introducing Brandon Eaton, Pastoral Intern

I’m from the Eastern Plains of Colorado and before receiving the call to pastoral ministry I worked for ten years in the entertainment industry, writing and producing reality television shows out of Denver. Some of my favorite activities are exploring walking and hiking trails, relaxing at the beach, reading, gardening, cooking and making candles. My favorite ice cream is chocolate chip cookie dough, as pictured below at the Halo Pub in Princeton!

Dear PPPC –

Every week seems to contain a multitude of joys and sorrows….I suppose that’s just part of being human. In this week’s newsletter, I am thrilled to share two joys, one for PPPC and one significantly more personal.

We are delighted and excited to welcome Brandon Eaton as our Pastoral Intern from Princeton Theological Seminary for the 2024-2025 academic year! Brandon will be in worship with us, beginning this Sunday, September 8th. Brandon will have the opportunity to participate and lead in various PPPC ministries during his year with us.

The beauty of the seminary internship program, I believe, is that Brandon will be formed by us and we will be formed by Brandon’s leadership. I’m very excited to see how the Holy Spirit works through this ministry partnership this year. I know you will welcome Brandon with the same Christian welcome as you have shown me, and so many others who come through our doors. I ask that you pray for Brandon…for his time in seminary, for his ministry amongst us, and for his continued service for the sake of the gospel.

My personal joy….I am over-the-moon excited to share with you that Chris Ramirez and I are engaged! Many have met Chris after worship or by other introductions. On Monday morning, at sunrise on Manasquan Beach, Chris proposed and I said yes (obviously)! Thank you in advance for celebrating with us, and for your continued prayers as we journey this season of engagement. I’ve been looking forward to telling you all week!
See you in church.

Yours for the journey,
Pastor Molly
