This summer our associate pastor Linda Chase will lead a study on the book called The Courage to Grow Old by the The Rev. Barbara Crafton.  Ms. Crafton is an Episcopal priest of 33 years who is a wonderful teacher, writer, preacher and retreat leader. Linda has known her for several years and has done workshops and retreats with her. This is her newest book about which she says, “I think growing older is both funny and sad, but mostly it just makes me grateful to be alive and able to reflect….I hate it when people are ashamed of being old. We should be proud!”
